All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive sales), shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We partner with reputed courier services (such as [LIST COURIERS, e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, or Ecom Express]) to ensure your package reaches you safely.

3. Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

Standard Shipping Cost: ₹99 or Flat Rate.

Express Shipping Cost: ₹250.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly on our website or the courier partner's portal.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delivery failures if the address provided was incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your details at checkout.

Package Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, festive rushes, or transit strikes.

6. International Shipping

Customs & Duties: For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Non-Delivery (RTO)
If a package is returned to us due to a customer's unavailability or refusal to accept the package, we will attempt to contact you for a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
