Return and Refund Policy

At SEROVE, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, or certificates of authenticity.

  • The security tag (if applicable) must remain intact and attached to the product.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, resizing, or alteration.

2. Return Timeframe

You have 1- 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene standards (unless received damaged).

  • Customized/Personalized Jewellery: Any items made-to-order or engraved specifically for you.

  • Items on Final Sale: Products purchased during "Clearance" or "Final Sale" events.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will fix it immediately.

  • Please notify us within  24 to 48 hours of delivery.

  • Crucial: We require an unboxing video clearly showing the damage to process claims for transit-related defects.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at serovecustomercare@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective Items: If the return is due to our error or a damaged product, we will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Customer Preference: For returns based on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We can arrange a reverse pickup for a flat fee of Rs 50

7. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within [REFUND PROCESSING TIME 5-7 business days].

  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via bank transfer or store credit. We will reach out to you for your bank details.

8. Exchange Options

If you would like a different size or a different product:

  • Please initiate a return for your current item.

  • Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest way to get the piece you want.
